• Whether your order is shipped in a flat envelope or as a painting, we are committed to the protection of your artwork throughout the shipping process.

Shipment Timeline

• Please allow 2-5 business days for the shipment of purchased artwork editions.

Lost or Stolen Packages

• If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping provider first to report the issue.

• If you are unable to resolve the issue with the shipping provider, email us at contact with your order number as the subject line, and we will do our best to assist you.

Damaged Artwork

• We recommend opening your order as soon as it arrives. While packaging is designed to protect the artwork, shipping wear and tear can occur.

• If your artwork or product is damaged:

• If it is not a sold-out limited edition item, we may be able to replace your order.

• Please email us HERE with your order number as the subject line within 7 days of receiving your order to file a damage claim.

Customs Handling

• If customs opens your package and incidental damage occurs, please contact us with details, including photos, so we can assist.
